Not satisfied? Money back! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Download your advantageous return label here . Enter the track & trace and your zip code here and you will be given the opportunity to create a return label.

You can print out the return label and stick it on the package (make sure that the label of the outward shipment is no longer legible). Then hand in your package at a PostNL location. No printer? No problem! You can also return your return shipment printer-free. You can then have the shipping label printed at a PostNL location.

If the PostNL driver comes to your door with another package, it is also possible to give this return shipment with a valid return label to the PostNL driver. For this, the label must be printed out.

The item to be returned must be unused / unworn, in original condition and provided with labels and packaging. The return costs are for your own account.

After receipt of your return, it will be processed by us within 14 days, after which the purchase amount will be refunded/ settled. If you have any questions about how to return an item, please contact us !

Please note:if you send your order back outside the legal return period of 14 days, your return will not be handled and you will transfer the shipping costs, in order to get your order back, to us.
