1. No more parchment paper!
Coat the paper with a little margarine or butter, and then it is ideal as a natural alternative to silicone-coated baking paper. Simply tear off the desired length of paper and place it on the baking tray (and rub well! Otherwise, the cake or cookies will stick). The paper is heat-resistant up to 220 degrees. It is also free and of course fully compostable!
2. No more masking film!
Opened food and leftovers will stay fresh and tasty longer if they are covered with the 4-in-1 paper. It works as follows: tear off the desired length of paper, hold the paper under the tap, wet it well, wring out the water again and carefully unfold it. Then put the paper around the edge of the dish/bowl. The paper sticks to the edge and protects the contents from drying out!
3. No more aluminum foil!
The 4-in-1 parchment paper can now be used for almost anything where aluminum foil used to be used. For example, baked potatoes can be cooked in the oven without aluminum foil. Simply tear off the desired length of paper, hold it under the tap, moisten it well, wring the water back in, wrap the potatoes in the damp paper, put them in the oven – and you’re done! Also suitable for fish, meat, and vegetables.
4. No more shrink wrap!
Fatty foods such as sausages, cheeses, smoked fish, etc., stay fresh longer when packed in COMPOSTELA 1 for 4 paper. Thanks to a special production process, this naturally pure paper is both breathable and grease-free. As a result, the packaged food is practically impossible to pour. The paper is also tasteless and odorless, i.e. it has no inherent odor that can be transferred to the food it contains. Guaranteed free from recycled paper.
Aluminum foil can also be replaced with the household paper to save raw materials.
Because the paper is grease and heat resistant, it can also be used as parchment paper.
